Meet the Team

Chris has been with Standard Restaurant Supply for nearly ten years, growing with the company and advancing into his current role as Assistant Branch Manager. His long-standing experience makes him a reliable resource for both customers and the team. Outside of work, Chris enjoys woodworking and hands-on projects.

Scott Weiss brings more than 40 years of restaurant industry experience to his role as Branch Manager and has been part of our team for six (almost 7) years. His deep understanding of the industry helps support customers and keep the branch running efficiently. When he’s not at work, Scott enjoys spending time with his family and working on cars.

After several decades as a chef and several years in sales, Tom brings a wealth of expertise and industry knowledge to his role as our Contract Salesman. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters, as well as fishing throughout Idaho and beyond.

Nico is our Floor Manager and the creative force behind the displays you see throughout the store. He designs and sets up merchandising displays while overseeing our merchandisers and cashiers to keep everything running smoothly on the sales floor. Outside of work, Nico enjoys watching anime, basketball, and spending time with his two children.

Juli is our wonderful bilingual hybrid sales associate who brings a well-rounded perspective to the sales floor, having worked in nearly every position of the store before moving into her current role of sales. Her experience allows her to assist customers both inside and outside the store with confidence and care. Outside of work, Juli enjoys slowing down and embracing all aspects of motherhood.

Nick brings decades of restaurant management experience to his role as a hybrid sales associate, serving customers both in-store and in mountain-area locations like McCall, Donnelly, and Cascade, Mountain Home and more. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his dogs, his daughters and granchildren, and pursuing his passion for simulator racing.

Jennifer worked her way up from cashier to inside sales, bringing energy and a personal touch to every customer interaction. When she’s not at the store, she loves baking, hanging out with her children and pets, and spending time with her friends.

Cara began her journey with us as a cashier and has grown into her role as a sales associate, assisting customers throughout the store with care and expertise. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her dog, is a proud Mom and Grandma, and loves exploring the many great things Boise has to offer!

With years of restaurant experience, Thomas brings valuable expertise to his role as an outside sales associate. Outside of work, he is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hunting and fishing, and he takes pride in being a devoted dad.

As a Memphis Tennesee transplant, John’s accent and southern charm are just about as memorable as his knowledge. He brings several years of restaurant industry experience to his role in outside sales, helping customers with expertise and care. Outside of work, John enjoys traveling with his wife, trying new restaurants, golfing, and cooking.

Josh (Pat) oversees all incoming and outgoing deliveries as our Warehouse Manager, helping ensure products move in and out of the store efficiently. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and playing video games.
